Return policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within the specified period under the following terms.
Return Period
Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition with all original tags attached.
Clearance items, personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items with stains, odors, scratches or signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
How to Return
Contact our customer service at exquisite@movementblog.com to submit a return request and obtain a return authorization number.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to the designated address.
We will inspect your returned goods within 2–3 business days after receipt.
Refund Details
Once inspection is passed, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Important Notice
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover return postage.
Any customs fees incurred during return delivery shall be borne by the customer.
